update(hexic): add Translocate, view improvements 
• can no longer steal media from others' wisps
• players no longer have -0.002 media when not on fire
• various improvements to what inquiry purif reports on views
• view mishaps now report the amount that failed rather than just the entire amount
• i distinctly remember fixing fluid but it's not in the diff??
